She has a Master of Science in Organization Development (M.S.O.D) from American University in Washington, DC. She is fluent in French, Spanish and English. She is also fluent in the language of change.

Karen conducted the William Bridges Workshops “Individual Transition in Organizations” three times for the young men transitioning out of the seminary into ministry, and once for all the priests of the Archdiocese of Louisville.
