Karen Dahlem was an excellent advisor and guide through the complicated process of changing the name of our Association, which has nearly 2,000 members. She masterfully guided conversations with leadership and staff to identify the perspectives of involved parties and the pitfalls or unintended consequences of changing our name, without imposing her own thoughts or biases regarding the decision. She provided outstanding support with communication strategies and a survey of the full membership. Her detailed review of the survey results gave us confidence in our members’ support of the name change and we decided to move forward. Without Karen’s guidance, I do not believe we would have had such a seamless name change process. We highly recommend Karen Dahlem’s organizational change management skills.
